Backside of pocket flasher seen inside of back pocket, also United Garment Workers of America AFL-CIO union label. These dungarees share many of the same design details as the highly desirable 1940's-1960's era red and black label Lot 191Z Jelt Denim dungarees including angled front pockets, front rt side coin pocket, rt side pliers pocket & hammer loop, half lined back pockets, subtle two tone yellow stitching and Lee stamped copper dome rivet reinforced front pockets

Roebucks Union Made Carpenter Jeans, Red Wing Iron Ranger Boots & RRL Work Cap

1970's era Roebucks UNION MADE 7 pocket carpenter dungaree.
Started off a few years ago as dark blue
deadstock that I used sporadically while painting. These are used for work and do get quite dirty, thus requiring regular washing. The lighter blue denim fade is the result.  Currently seen after wearing them for 3 weeks straight without washing while on my current remodel project
Details include United Garment Workers of America UNION MADE label, Sears Wear Tuff pocketing, Made in USA
Red Wing Iron Ranger work boots. About 6-8 months after their last appearance before the camera here

 Just about broken in
RRL "Fit Well Built Well" work cap that has taken the place of my RRL Truck Label duck canvas cap.
Cap started with a bit of damage process but has picked up some serious sweat & grime, or as some would say... fun
k
Earlier today, stripping off some nasty latex paint from a front entry door. Wearing the dungarees, boots & cap pictured above. Gotta love Southern California and the fact that I'm outside in a tee in the middle of winter
Pulling 12 to 14 hour days for 5 days straight in order to finish up this job and get to preparing for both Inspiration & The Rose Bowl.

1950's Osh Kosh Union Made Sanforized Selvedge Denim Dungarees

1950's Osh Kosh B'gosh Union Made Sanforized Sta-Blue indigo denim dungarees. Features include GRIPPER ZIPPER, Osh Kosh embossed front snap closure, green cotton thread bartacking, trouser style front pockets with watch/coin pocket, side plier pocket, hammer loop & lined back pockets.

Back yoke overlap detail can be seen above the rear pockets. Early Big Mac dungarees also feature a similar detail.

United Garment Workers of America union label & exposed green line selvedge inside of back pockets.

Leg seam with green line selvedge seen with pants turned inside out. Old style Osh Kosh B'gosh UNION MADE SANFORIZED stitched rayon tag can be seen in the background.

1950's BIG YANK Union Made Sanforized Selvedge Denim Dungarees

1950's era BIG YANK Union Made dungarees with SERVAL zipper, union made embossed snap waist closure, copper rivets, 10oz sanforized denim.
On first appearance this white thread making its way out from under the triple stitch orange cotton leg seam looked like your basic seam blow out.
Upon closer inspection the redline selvedge that is normally hidden in the seam has been partially exposed.
Finding hidden selvedge in vintage workwear is always a special treat.
Prior to picking up the pair first pictured, I came across a deadstock pair a few years back and managed to save some photos that came in handy in helping to accurately identify my Big Yank dungarees.

Compare both the UNION MADE snap & blue thread that finishes off the waistband on this deadstock to the pair in the first photo.
Same SERVAL zipper as the pair above.
Also the same pocket design & copper rivets.
